Glasgow City Council have implemented a number of changes to their Integrated Grants Fund programme, including the creation of programmes to replace the previous themes of health, work, learning, safe and vibrant.
These new programmes have been allocated a strategic lead who has the responsibility for developing the programme and its outputs and outcomes.
The programmes and strategic leads are:

- Employability Programme Alan Davidson, DRS

- Families & Early Years Programme Liz Fourna, SWS & Amanda Kerr, Education
- Health & Wellbeing Iain Paterson, SWS & NHS representative
- Learning Programme Frances Bradley, Glasgow Life
- Vulnerable Adults Programme Iain Paterson, SWS
