- Does it sometimes feel like a game where someone else always wins?
- Want to find out how to really engage people in your community?
- Want to gain some real insight into why people volunteer; how you can best apply the knowledge; and where to access valuable, additional support?
Learning Outcomes
Those who join the workshop will:
- Reinvigorate their approach to community learning and development
- Gain insight into what CRG members and community representatives hope to achieve
- Add to their toolkit of training and facilitation methods
- Become more effective in supporting communities and volunteer community representatives
