Description
Perinatal Mental Health affects almost everyone at some point in their life, even if we don’t know it.
The conference will bring together people who have experience of perinatal mental health issues either professionally or personally. There will be a range of speakers including people who are recognised internationally and women who have lived experience.
The outcomes from the day will inform practice guidelines and the future direction of the SPMHF
Who should attend?
As Perinatal Mental Health impacts on all spectrums of health and social care and families you should attend especially if:
- You are a professional working with pregnant women or women who are in the postnatal period.
- You have lived experience of Perinatal Mental Health
- You provide support for someone either as partner, friend or a voluntary sector organisation
Costs and Booking
The cost of the day is £50. There are a limited number of free places for women and their families that have lived experience of perinatal mental health issues, to book your place fill in the booking form and return to the address on the form. Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.
Free places will be allocated on a first come basis; you will be informed if you have a place.
